Exploring the Mandela Effect
creates a voyeuristic pull toward the old familiar thrill of mental chaos.
Drug Addicts, even in recovery, can unknowingly be drawn to those ‘out of control’ feelings of anxiety, fear and depression.
As a drug counselor, I have worked with some people who have seemingly slipped between dimensions. This radical change in thinking and behavior is supposedly due to the mind-altering effects of drug use.
Mostly all of us have seen the homeless on the streets responding to internal stimuli. Talking to themselves, often arguing or shouting to unseen entities. That’s what I refer to as slipping between dimensions. Time, date and space. Leaving the orientation of the three spheres, that the majority agrees upon as reality. These are within the law of inertia.
Knowing nothing will move or change without a stimulus that is capable of moving or changing it. There is safety in knowing the laws of physics exists absolutely at least on this physical plane.
An exaggerated interest and fear in conspiracies from the unexplainable; ‘Big Brother’ type forces can accompany these addicts into recovery.
Stabilizing clean addicts in recovery to their fellows to appear as if they are in a schizophrenic episode.
A great agitation comes to recovering addicts who have become fans of the belief that quantum computers are rearranging entertainment axioms.
The Mandela Effect disparages between conventional shared memories and a line up of suspicious changes that are said to be the new truth since the computer has changed reality. That differ with these of C3PO ‘the droid from Star Wars.’
Confused memories that are lining up in the Mandela Effect sites as a popular internet culture I view these fans in a similar light to those I had intervened on when they were in active addiction.
Intermittent periods of being attracted to simulating the rough, raw edges of a psychotic break. Hard drug use is an adventure into other realms of consciousness.
Extreme thrill seeking experiences are quite seductive and addictive. The desire to relive the walk on the on the razor’s edge of destruction and chaos is such a powerful attraction that it is “followed by addicts to the gates of insanity and death.” (A quote from the Big book of Alcoholics Anonymous.)
Rearousal is present when people meet to discuss and research the latest Mandella Effect finding on the net; as evidenced by rapid breathing, dry mouth causing some smacking of the tongue and lips in speaking, enlarged pupils, and a lingering expression of fear in an unreliable existence.
I have observed this agitation can carry on beyond these discussions keeping the suspicious person in an anxious state of heightened alertness. There’s an effort to notice the emergence of even more clues that may prove we do not live in a safe universe.
The physical reality of the world is turbulent and ever-changing. The inside job is the only path to internal peace.
Faith Maintains Mental Health
Maintaining mental health by developing a consistency of faith is possibly the most important thing you can do with all of the thoughts of your lifetime.
My choice, just for today is to flow in a comforted sense of sanity, by knowing there is a Divine Intelligence made of rank and order in the spirit of math. This power is beyond the capability of my mortal understanding. I am comforted by that omnipresent, omnipotent characteristics of being beyond what I can prove or disprove.
I believe my calm faith creates my experience. To change your life, change your thinking.
